Traffic jams
Traffic jams in the Netherlands are very predictable.
Statistics are readily available, so here are the places to avoid during
the morning and afternoon rush-hours (and the average length of traffic
jams there over 1997):
A2 Between Everdingen interchange and Everdingen, towards Utrecht (6
km).
A9 Between Badhoevedorp and Haarlem South, towards Amsterdam (4 km).
A2 Between Nieuwegein and Nieuwegein South, towards Den Bosch (5 km).
A2 Between Nieuwegein and Vianen, towards Den Bosch (4 km).
